January 19, 2008 - We drove Liz to her new apartment on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Her roommates are diverse, from such places as Singapore, Kosovo, and Montenegro.

January 23, 2008 - Emily learned that she is on the Dean's List her first semester at BYU. She is in the top 5% of all International Relations majors. Congratulations Emily!

March 30, 2008 - As a young boy, many years ago, I read Marguerite Henry's book Misty of Chincoteague. This weekend, we took the girls to Chincoteague and Assateague Islands. The girls had a great time playing in the sand and surf and watching the ponies on Assateague Island and playing miniature golf, racing go karts, and swimming in the pool on Chincoteague.
